  2. Melt butter and marshmallows: In a large pan over low-medium heat, stir the butter and mini marshmallows continuously until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Add Biscoff spread: Remove the pan from heat and quickly stir in 175 g of Biscoff spread until the mixture is smooth and combined.
  4. Combine with Rice Krispies: Pour the Rice Krispies into the pan and fold gently to evenly coat the cereal with the marshmallow Biscoff mixture.
  5. Press mixture into tin: Transfer the mixture into the prepared tin, pressing it down firmly and evenly; lightly butter your hands beforehand to prevent sticking.
  6. Melt toppings: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 200 g white chocolate in short bursts, stirring well between each to ensure smoothness. In a separate bowl, melt 200 g Biscoff spread in the microwave for about 20 seconds until smooth.
