  • 8 oz Mozzarella pearls
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/4 cup chopped basil

Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 34 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper

Optional:

  • Balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Cook Tortellini: Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cool water.
