Instructions

  2. Season and Sear the Chicken – Mix seasonings and coat chicken. Sear in a skillet until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Make the Cowboy Butter Sauce – Melt butter, sauté garlic, add broth, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, cream, and Parmesan. Simmer until creamy.
  4. Bring It All Together – Combine chicken, linguine, and sauce in the skillet. Toss to coat, adding pasta water if needed. Let flavors meld.
