Fruit Salad:
- 1 fresh pineapple, cored and cut into chunks
- 1 can (15 oz) of Mandarin oranges in light syrup
- 2 bananas, peeled and sliced
Vanilla Pudding Mix:
- 1 box (4 serving size) Jell-O sugar-free vanilla instant pudding
- Prepare Fruits: Keep the Mandarin oranges in their syrup; do not drain. Chop the pineapple and bananas into chunks.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine all the fruit.
- Add Pudding Mix: Evenly sprinkle the dry vanilla pudding mix over the fruit (do not mix with milk).
- Stir and Chill: Stir the mixture thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
