  • 1/2 cup yogurt

Fruits:

  • 1/2 pound fresh or frozen strawberries, halved or quartered
  • 1/2 pound fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 ripe banana

Greens:

  • 1 cup packed fresh spinach

Sweetener:

  • 1 tablespoon honey (adjust to taste)

Instructions
