Beef:

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat or sirloin tips, cut into chunks

Potatoes:

  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved or quartered

Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Garnish:

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Sear the Beef (Optional but Adds Flavor) – In a hot skillet, sear beef in batches for 2–3 minutes per side.
  2. Prep the Potatoes – Wash and halve or quarter baby potatoes.
  3. Make Garlic Butter Sauce – Mix melted butter with garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add to Slow Cooker – Place beef and potatoes in the slow cooker, pour the garlic butter sauce over, and toss gently.
  5. Cook – Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  6. Garnish and Serve – Stir gently, sprinkle with parsley, and serve.
