Beef:
- 2 lbs beef stew meat or sirloin tips, cut into chunks
Potatoes:
- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved or quartered
Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Garnish:
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Sear the Beef (Optional but Adds Flavor) – In a hot skillet, sear beef in batches for 2–3 minutes per side.
- Prep the Potatoes – Wash and halve or quarter baby potatoes.
- Make Garlic Butter Sauce – Mix melted butter with garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add to Slow Cooker – Place beef and potatoes in the slow cooker, pour the garlic butter sauce over, and toss gently.
