  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Garlic Butter: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine rice, chicken, garlic-butter mixture, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, half of the mozzarella cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish, spread the mixture evenly, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden-brown.
