For the bread:
2/3 cup smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2/3 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup packed light brown sugar
4 large eggs
3 cups self-rising flour
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
4 small ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 1/2 cups)
1 1/2 – 2 cups chopped Reese’s cups
Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease 2 non-stick metal 9 x 5 or 8 x 4-inch loaf pans with baking spray or butter and flour.
Cream peanut butter and butter: In a bowl, cream together peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla until fluffy.
Add sugars: Mix in granulated and brown sugars until fully combined.
Add eggs: Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Combine flour and yogurt: Gradually add flour and yogurt alternately, starting and ending with flour.
Blend in banana and Reese’s: Fold in mashed bananas and chopped Reese’s cups by hand until fully mixed.
Bake: Divide the batter between the prepared pans and bake for about 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool before slicing and serving.
