Chicken Thighs:
- 4.5 pounds chicken thighs with skin, bone-in – 8-10 pieces
Coating:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (up to 3 cups depending on preference)
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 3 tsp table salt
- 2 tsp pepper
