Graham Cracker Layers:

  • 2 packages of graham crackers

Vanilla Pudding Mixture:

  • 2 boxes of instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 and 1/2 cups of cold milk
  • 1 container of whipped topping

Chocolate Topping:

  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup of powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare Pudding Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk. Whisk until the mixture thickens.
  2. Combine with Whipped Topping: Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined. Set aside.
  3. Make Chocolate Topping: In a saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and butter over low heat. Stir until smooth and remove from heat. Add the vanilla extract and powdered sugar to the chocolate mixture. Stir until well combined.
  4. Assemble Layers: Line the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish with a single layer of graham crackers. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers. Place another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding mixture. Spread the remaining pudding mixture over the graham crackers. Add a final layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding mixture.
  5. Add Chocolate Topping: Pour the chocolate mixture evenly over the top layer of graham crackers.
  6. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow it to set. Serve chilled and enjoy!
