  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and fully blended.
  2. Add Dry Ingredients: Stir in graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and chocolate chips until the mixture is evenly combined.
  3. Chill the Mixture: Refrigerate the mixture for about one hour to allow it to firm up and become easier to handle.
  4. Form Balls: After chilling, scoop portions of the mixture and roll them into 1 1/4-inch balls using your hands.
  5. Coat with Graham Cracker Crumbs: Roll each ball in additional graham cracker crumbs to add extra texture and prevent sticking.
  6. Final Chill: Place the coated balls on a baking sheet and chill until firm before serving to ensure they hold their shape.
