Onion Powder:

Salt and Pepper:

Red Pepper Flakes (optional):

Heavy Cream:

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Measure out the ground beef, broccoli florets, and cheese. Wash and cut fresh broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cook Ground Beef: Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, and cook ground beef for 5-7 minutes until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
