Fresh Peach Filling:
- 6–8 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup brown sugar
- Juice from ½ lemon
Batter:
- 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
