  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Garnish (Optional):

  • Chopped green onions
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare Marinade: Mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and ground ginger in a bowl.
  3. Season Chicken: Pat dry chicken thighs and season with salt and pepper.
