Chicken Thighs:
- 6 chicken thighs, bone-in, skin-on
Marinade:
- ½ cup honey
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- Salt and pepper, to taste
