Deli Meats:

  • 12 slices of sandwich pepperoni

Cheese:

  • 8 slices of provolone cheese or mozzarella (shredded cheese can also be used)

Garlic Butter Mixture:

  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoons chopped parsley
  • 3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Garlic Butter Mixture: Melt the butter, mix in minced garlic, parsley, and Parmesan cheese; set aside.
  2. Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  3. Stretch the Pizza Crust: Evenly spread out the pizza crust.
  4. Layer the Deli Meats: Start with ham, then salami, and pepperoni.
  5. Add the Cheese: Layer provolone or mozzarella slices on top.
  6. Roll the Stromboli: Seal the seam well and pinch the ends.
  7. Score the Top: Make a few cuts with a knife to release steam.
  8. Top with Garlic Butter Mixture: Brush generously over the Stromboli.
  9. Bake the Stromboli: Follow the pizza dough tube instructions for baking.
