Dough:

  • 1 tube of Pillsbury pizza crust

Filling:

  • 8 slices of deli ham
  • 10 slices of Genoa salami
  • 12 slices of sandwich pepperoni
  • 8 slices of provolone cheese or mozzarella (shredded cheese can also be used)

Garlic Butter Mixture:

  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoons chopped parsley
  • 3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Garlic Butter Mixture: Melt the butter in the microwave and mix in the minced garlic, parsley, and Parmesan cheese. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Stretch the Pizza Crust: Stretch out the pizza crust to almost the size of the baking sheet.
  4. Layer the Deli Meats: Start with ham, then salami, and finally pepperoni.
  5. Add the Cheese: Layer cheese on top of the meats.
  6. Roll the Stromboli: Roll it longwise, seal the seam, and pinch the ends.
  7. Score the Top: Score the top with a knife.
  8. Top with Garlic Butter Mixture: Brush the mixture over the Stromboli.
  9. Bake the Stromboli: Follow the instructions on the pizza dough tube for baking.
