  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
  • Salt to taste
