Chicken:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 23 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

Garlic Parmesan Sauce:

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 cups (600 ml) milk (whole milk or 2%)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 1/2 cups (150 g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup (100 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Garnish:

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente. Drain.
  2. Cook the chicken: Sauté diced chicken in olive oil until cooked. Set aside.
  3. Prepare the garlic Parmesan sauce: Sauté garlic in butter, add flour, then gradually whisk in milk and broth. Add seasonings and Parmesan cheese.
