  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

For Topping:

  • 1 ½ cups sliced strawberries
  • 2 kiwis, skin removed and sliced
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 9 oz canned mandarin orange sections, drained and pat dry with a paper towel

Instructions
