- 16 oz refrigerated cookie dough, softened at room temperature for 1 hr
For the Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature

- 2 cups powdered sugar

- 9 oz canned mandarin orange sections, drained and pat dry with a paper towel
