Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease/flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
Cream butter and sugar: In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla: Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
Mix wet and dry: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
Add zucchini: Fold in the grated zucchini.
