Main Ingredients

  • 2 (2.5 oz) packets Chicken of the Sea® Frank’s RedHot® Wild Caught Light Tuna

Vegetables and Garnishes

  • Sliced vegetables of choice: radishes, carrots, cucumber, tomatoes

  2. Spread hummus: Evenly spread 1/4 cup of prepared hummus over the warmed flatbread to create a creamy base.
  3. Add sliced vegetables: Arrange your choice of thinly sliced radishes, carrots, cucumber, and tomatoes evenly over the hummus layer.
  4. Top with tuna: Open the packets of Frank’s RedHot® Wild Caught Light Tuna and distribute the tuna evenly on top of the vegetables.
  5. Garnish with herbs: Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of fresh chopped herbs such as basil, oregano, thyme, or dill over the tuna for added flavor.
  6. Serve: Serve the flatbread with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing fresh lemon juice over each bite if desired.
