Dough:

  • 3 (16.3-ounce) packages refrigerated buttermilk biscuit dough

  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Butter-Brown Sugar Mixture:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter (226 g)
  • ¾ cup packed light brown sugar (165 g)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan generously with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. Prepare cinnamon sugar coating: In a large zip-top bag, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Cut biscuit dough into quarters and coat each piece evenly by shaking in the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
  3. Assemble the dough: Arrange the coated biscuit pieces in the prepared bundt pan.
  4. Make the butter-brown sugar mixture: In a saucepan, melt butter, stir in brown sugar, and cook until bubbly.
  5. Pour mixture over dough: Evenly pour the butter-brown sugar mixture over the biscuit pieces.
  6. Bake: Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and cooked through. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
  7. Cool and serve: Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a plate. Pull apart and enjoy warm.
