Linguini:

Tetrazzini Sauce Base:

  • 2 10.5 oz cans cream of chicken condensed soup
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1.5 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Other Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Boil noodles: Boil linguini to al dente according to package instructions while preparing the sauce base.
  3. Prepare sauce: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, garlic, sour cream, chicken broth, parsley, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Add half of the shredded cheeses, chicken, and noodles; toss to coat.
