Delightfully rich and chewy, these condensed milk blondies combine the sweetness of sweetened condensed milk with buttery, chocolate-studded goodness for a quick and easy dessert bar everyone will love.

Ingredients

Scale

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 Tin Sweetened Condensed Milk (397g)
  • ½ Cup Butter (110g)
  • ¼ Cup Brown Sugar (40g)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 and ½ Cups All Purpose Flour (180g)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder

Add-ins

  • ¾ Cup Chocolate Chips (135g)

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare Pan: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 9″x9″ baking pan with baking paper to prevent sticking, and set aside.
  2. Melt Butter and Condensed Milk: In a medium-sized saucepan, gently melt the butter and sweetened condensed milk together over low heat, stirring frequently to combine without boiling. Once fully melted and smooth, remove from heat.
  3. Add Sugar and Vanilla: Stir in the brown sugar and vanilla extract into the butter-condensed milk mixture until well combined, ensuring the sugar starts to dissolve.
  4. Incorporate Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the all-purpose flour and baking powder into the wet mixture, stirring continuously until a thick batter forms without any lumps.
  5. Fold in Chocolate Chips: Gently fold the chocolate chips into the batter, distributing them evenly throughout.
  6. Pour and Bake: Pour the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan, smoothing the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the edges are set and the center has a slight wobble, indicating moistness.
  7. Cool and Serve: Allow to cool slightly before serving warm for a soft texture, or refrigerate to let the blondies become ultra chewy. Cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

  • For best results, do not overbake to maintain softness in the middle.
  • You can substitute chocolate chips with white chocolate or nuts if preferred.
  • Line the baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal and clean-up.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerated for up to a week.
