For the Cinnamon Sugar Mix:
- 1/4 cup granulated white sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
For the Chex Mix:
- 8 cups Rice Chex Cereal
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- Preheat the oven and prepare the cinnamon sugar mix: Preheat the oven to 275F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix the white sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside.
