Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease/flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, and nutmeg.
  3. Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Combine Wet and Dry: Add wet mix to dry mix, stirring until just combined.
  5. Add Zucchini and Nuts: Gently fold in zucchini and nuts.
  6. Prepare Streusel: Mix flour, sugars, cinnamon, and butter until crumbly.
