These Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries are a delightful twist on traditional deviled eggs. Fresh strawberries are filled with a creamy cheesecake mixture and topped with graham cracker crumbs for a sweet and tangy treat.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Berries:

  • 3 lbs large fresh strawberries

For the Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups heavy whipping cream, cold
  • ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Prep Strawberries – Slice strawberries lengthwise, keeping stems. Cut a tiny slice off the bottom so they sit flat. Carve a small hollow in the center using a melon baller.
  2. Make Filling – Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form (about 3-4 mins). Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Assemble – Fill a piping bag with the cheesecake mixture. Pipe generously into the strawberry hollows. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Chill for 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • Keep berries and filled strawberries cold
  • Don’t hollow berries too deep
  • Beat cream cheese until completely smooth
  • Can be prepped 4 hours ahead; add crumbs just before serving
