Instructions

  1. Prepare the Brownie Base: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan. Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions, combining any required eggs, oil, and water. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow the brownie base to cool completely.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Layer: Reduce oven temperature to 325°F (160°C). In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix in eggs one at a time until fully blended. Stir in sour cream and heavy cream until mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the Caramel Swirl: Drizzle caramel sauce over the cheesecake filling in a zigzag pattern. Use a knife or spoon to swirl the caramel gently through the filling, ensuring visible marbled ribbons without over-mixing.
