Sloppy Joe Filling

- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Sauté vegetables: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced onion, celery, carrots, salt, and pepper and sauté until tender, about 5-6 minutes. Add the grated or minced garlic and sauté for another minute. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet.
- Cook ground chicken: Add the ground chicken to the skillet and crumble it with a wooden spoon or spatula. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and no longer pink. Stir the vegetables and chicken together.
