For the Wraps:

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Dill pickle slices (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Prepare the Special Sauce – In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, chopped pickles, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until smooth and creamy. Cover and refrigerate while you prepare the rest of the dish.
