  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt

For the Bang Bang Sauce:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce*
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce* (or more to taste)
  • 2 tbsp honey*
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Cut and Marinate the Chicken: Start by cutting the chicken thighs into cubes. Combine with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Bang Bang Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, hot sauce, honey, and salt. Set aside.
  3. Thread Chicken onto Skewers: Skewer the marinated chicken cubes, leaving space between each piece.
  4. Brush with Sauce: Coat the skewers with Bang Bang sauce.
  5. Air Fry the Skewers: Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Cook skewers for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Finish and Serve: Brush cooked skewers with more sauce. Garnish and serve hot with extra sauce.
