¾ cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1½ cups all-purpose flour

1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)
Optional: ½ teaspoon cinnamon, ¼ cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
