Grape Tomatoes:
- 2 ½ cups grape tomatoes, washed and dried
Feta Cheese:
- 1–8 oz brick of Feta cheese
Seasonings:
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
Olive Oil:
Fresh Basil:
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
Bow Tie Pasta:
- 12 oz bow tie pasta, cooked, drained, and kept warm
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare Tomatoes and Feta: Place the grape tomatoes in a baking dish and add the Feta cheese in the center of the tomatoes.
- Season: Drizzle 3 tablespoons of olive oil over the tomatoes and cheese. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and salt over them.
- Bake: Drizzle 2 more tablespoons of olive oil over the Feta. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the tomatoes burst and the cheese softens.
- Finish Dish: Remove from the oven, stir the cheese and tomatoes, add fresh basil, and mix in the cooked pasta. Serve hot.
