  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • Boursin Cheese Mix:

  • 1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
  • Seasoning and Garnish:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Zest and juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Optional for Roasting:

  • Cherry tomatoes or asparagus

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish by lightly oiling it or lining with parchment paper.
  2. Season Salmon: Pat dry the salmon fillets and place them skin-side down in the baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, garlic, and lemon zest.
  3. Add Boursin Cheese: Break the Boursin cheese into chunks and evenly distribute over each salmon fillet.
  4. Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily. For a golden top, broil for the last 1–2 minutes.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Squeeze fresh lemon juice on top, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
