Salmon:
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
Boursin Cheese Mix:
- 1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
Seasoning and Garnish:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Zest and juice of ½ lemon
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Optional for Roasting:
- Cherry tomatoes or asparagus
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish by lightly oiling it or lining with parchment paper.
