For the bread:
- 2 cups apple cider
- ½ cup butter, room temperature
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon apple pie spice
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
