These Keto Philly Cheesesteak Rolls are a low-carb twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak, featuring savory ground beef, melted cheese, and flavorful veggies all rolled up into a deliciously satisfying bite.

For the Beef Mixture:

  • 16 ounces ground beef
  • 1/2 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Prepare Your Oven
    Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Step 2: Cook the Beef Mixture
    Heat a skillet and brown the ground beef. Add onions and bell peppers. Drain excess grease.
  3. Step 3: Season and Add Cheese
    Return skillet to heat. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and cream cheese. Stir until melted.
